Congratulations to Prof. Yi-Qing Ni, the Director of Hong Kong Branch of National Rail Transit Electrification and Automation Engineering Technology Research Center (CNERC-Rail) for receiving a new patent certificate issued by National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), PRC.
