Ms. Tingyu XIAO
Biography
Tingyu joined the CNERC in March 2019 as a Research Assistant in PolyU. Her research interest is in materials science, including microstructure of the material, fatigue mechanism, size effect, and heat treatment. Before joining the CNERC, she worked at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering of the PolyU from 2017-2018, as a Research Assistant. She received her Master's degree in Materials Science from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Inorganic Nonmetallic Materials Engineering from Shenyang University of Technology. She has received several scholarship awards including the National Scholarship in China.
