CLP Generator Inspection Robot
For this project, we have built a thin robot capable of autonomously inspecting the stator EM core imperfection without the need to dismantle the generator core.
This innovation significantly reduces maintenance costs and enhances the efficiency of inspection processes.
Expensive Manual Maintenance Procedures
The traditional inspection procedures include a complex disassembly process to remove the heavy rotor module, enabling engineers to conduct tests on the EM cores and rotor cores.
Manual Inspection by Engineers
CLP engineers inspect the EM core for different electromagnetic and mechanical properties, including inductance and mechanical cracks, among others.
