Election of Student Members to Senate and Senate Committees 2024/25 - Polling Period

Voting by secret ballot will be conducted via an online platform during the period from 9.00 am on Friday, 18 October to 11.59 pm on Monday, 21 October 2024 (Hong Kong Time). The University values student participation in its governance and management. Towards this goal, students are encouraged to actively take part in this election exercise.

Students will receive an individual system-generated notice inviting them to cast their vote via an e-ballot for each of the committees of which they are an eligible elector. The polling results will be announced on Tuesday, 22 October 2024 via email.
