The 14th East Asian Humanities Forum “East Asian Humanities in the Post-COVID-19 Period: Development and Prospects”

As a member of the East Asia Humanities Forum, the Faculty of Humanities joined the 14th East Asian Humanities Forum (EAFH-14) during 10-11 December 2022. The forum was hosted by Waseda University. The online forum, themed “East Asian Humanities in the Post-COVID-19 Period: Development and Prospects”, provided an excellent platform for Faculty members to share their research findings and exchange ideas with renowned scholars in the fields. Other participating partner universities included Hanyang University (Korea), Nankai University (Mainland China), National Taiwan University (Taiwan) and Tsinghua University (Mainland China). Member universities take turn to host the forum annually, with Nankai University being the host institution in 2023.
Led by Prof. Li Ping, Dean of Faculty, the FH presenters included Dr Emmanuele Chersoni, Assistant Professor (CBS), Dr William Feng, Associate Professor (ENGL), Dr Liu Ming, Assistant Professor (CBS) and Dr Margo Turnbull, Assistant Professor (ENGL).
