The BSc (Hons) in Chemical Technology program at PolyU has furnished me with invaluable hands-on experience, paving the way for my future career. Through the array of opportunities provided by PolyU, I embarked on academic endeavors at the Georgia Institute of Technology (USA) and also pursued an internship at Tokyo City University (Japan). These experiences have nurtured my independence and given me a competitive edge in my career.

Chemistry has always been my passion, as it drives technological advancements that benefit society. My ambition is to become a chemist dedicated to developing affordable pharmaceuticals for underprivileged families. To pursue this aspiration, I joined Prof. Wing-Yiu Yu’s research team, working closely with Prof. Yu and other postgraduate students. This has provided me with an extensive solid research experience in organic synthesis unveiling the transformative power of Chemistry.

In conclusion, PolyU has served as a catalyst for my personal and professional growth, offering diverse opportunities to prepare for my career and delve into my research interests.

就讀理大化學科技（榮譽）理學士課程，讓我獲得不少寶貴的實踐經驗，為未來職業生涯作好準備。理大為學生提供許多交流學習機會，當中我有幸以交流生的身份在美國的喬治亞理工學院學習，並在日本東京市立大學實習。這些經驗讓我更加獨立，並在職場上具有競爭優勢。

我熱愛化學，因為它能推動科技進步，改善社會。因此，我一直渴望能成為一名化學家，為弱勢家庭研發能夠負擔得起的藥物。為達成此目標，我加入了余永耀教授的團隊，並在有機合成方面獲得豐富的研究經驗，認識到化學改變社會的力量。

理大為我提供了各種機會，為我的職業生涯作好準備並讓我探索研究興趣。
