Unveiling Ceremony of the Sculpture “Wendy”

On 13 June, PolyU held the Unveiling Ceremony of the Sculpture “Wendy” in recognition of the ardent support of renowned sculptor and University Fellow Professor Norman Ko Wah-man and Mrs Wendy Ko for their valuable contributions towards the promotion of art and culture at PolyU. Senior Advisor to the President Dr Angelina Yuen, Executive Vice President Dr Miranda Lou, President Professor Timothy W. Tong, Mrs Ko, Professor Ko and over 100 guests attended the ceremony.

Mrs Wendy Ko and President Tong officiated the ribbon cutting ceremony of the Sculpture “Wendy”. Donated by Professor Ko, the masterpiece is displayed at the PolyU Jockey Club Auditorium where the venue holds many different types of art activities. It would further enrich the artistic and cultural ambience of PolyU campus. Surrounded by the joyous atmosphere, the unveiling ceremony of the sculpture “Wendy” was witnessed by full house of Professor and Mrs Ko’s friends and family members.
