For proposals with ethics approval granted after full review, the relevant PIs should note the following reporting requirement:
- For projects with initial approved duration shorter or equal to 12 months, PIs are only required to submit a completion report within one month after the approved project completion date.
- For projects with initial approved duration longer than 12 months, PIs are required to submit an interim report within one month after the lapse of half of the approved project period and a completion report within one month after the approved project completion date.
- If project extension is approved before the lapse of half of the approved project period, the submission deadlines of interim report and completion report will be adjusted according to the new approved project period.
