Data visualization is the graphical representation of information and data. By using visual elements like charts, graphs and maps, data visualization tools provide an accessible way to see and understand trends, outliers, and patterns in data. This workshop, consists of 5 lessons, will introduce various techniques for data visualization by using R programming.

All students are welcome to join.

   • Density Plot
   • Ridgeline plot (joyplot)

   • Strip plot
   • Jitter plot
   • Combining jitter and boxplots
   • Beeswarm Plots
2. Introduce to create various plots in R with help on a web site
   • From Data to Viz
3. Other advanced graphical libraries
   • Display multivariate relationships – Lattice Graphs
   • Visualizing Categorical Data – Mosaic Plots
   • Display data correlations – Correlation matrix
