ILPRC combines algorithm research, lens design and camera function into one independent unit. It can independently recognize the images without the need for extra processing on a PC, thus overcoming the limitations of traditional Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. ILPRC is able to capture and read registration plates of both static and moving vehicles accurately.
