The main product Cream Mate, can replace about 25% of cream, reducing the fat content by approximately 24%, and decreasing the cost for its clients who use cream by about 15%. One of the applications of Cream Mate is frozen whipped cream, which can be distributed through cold chain logistics. This perfectly addresses the short shelf life of traditional cream products and the necessity of on-site whipping. Another application of Cream Mate is AOK frozen desserts, where it replaces 80% original cream. This reduces the fat content to only 3% and cuts more than half of the calorie intake.
