• Suitable for inspection of small to medium sized items such as electronic components, semiconductor packaging, probes of new materials (e.g. metal, polymer, ceramics, and composites), microsystems, medical devices (e.g. hollow needles, and implants), metal parts (e.g. casting, welding, forming, 3D printing, and power metallurgy parts), and electronic devices.
• The machine is equipped with a 225 kV micro-focus reflection type X-ray tube, a 190 kV nano-focus transmission type X-ray tube, and a large flat panel detector (pixel matrix: 2880 x 2880).
