The HTX TM-Sprayer is an automatic MALDI matrix deposition device for MALDI-MS imaging. It allows very fine, uniform, and consistent coating of MALDI matrix onto tissue sections for high-resolution imaging. Detailed specifications of the HTX TM-Sprayer are as below:

- Built-in protocols for common MALDI matrices, i.e., CHCA, DHB and SA
- Built-in protocols for trypsin digestion
- Fast matrix deposition rate, i.e., 10 – 20 min per plate
- Consistent matrix deposition (± 3% by weight across entire sample area)
- Spray Nozzle Flow: 50 to 500 uL/min
- Sheath gas temperature: ambient to 130 oC (± 2 oC)
