Yang Haifan received her LLB degree in International Economic Law from Dalian Maritime University, LLM degree in International Commercial Law from University of Nottingham and MPhil degree in Maritime Law from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Maritime Law under the supervision of Prof. Ling Zhu.
