- To strengthen the valuable connections with mainland alumni and actively engage with key stakeholders of the University.
- To collaborate with related offices to advance the brand of PolyU in the Chinese mainland in accordance with the University’s brand strategies and guidelines.
- To achieve good governance and optimize the operational model of Regional Bases for contributing the development of the University in the Chinese mainland.
