Biography

Dr Janet Lok Chun Lee obtained her BSc in Sports Science and Leisure Management, MPhil in Public Health, and PhD in Social Work and Social Administration, all at The University of Hong Kong.

Her primary research interest centres on environment and physical activity behaviour. Specifically, she is interested in investigating how outdoor exercise facilities built in parks can help older adults manage their active lifestyle, how older adults make use of videoconferencing technology to perform physical activity in a virtual environment at home, and how the Eastern mind-body exercise influences the environment within the body and the physiological, psychological, and spiritual state of the practitioner.
