"In this contest, every member of our team performed their duties to the best of their abilities, from a clear division of labour to conscientious execution. Despite the pressure of our final exams, we delivered above and beyond. Through this process, we learned a lot. It was our unity and teamwork that led to us earning this recognition," Zhao Shenghan said.

PolyU has always emphasised its holistic education that instils a strong sense of national identity in students. All undergraduate and postgraduate students are required to take a tailor-made National Security Law Education programme covering modern Chinese History, the Constitution, Hong Kong Basic Law and the Hong Kong National Security Law. This recognition testifies to the efforts of PolyU students in actively safeguarding national security.
