A delegation led by Ms YU Po Mei, Clarice, JP, Director of Buildings (BD), visited the Otto Poon Charitable Foundation Smart Cities Research Institute (SCRI) on 22 July 2024. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Prof. SHI Wenzhong, John, Director of SCRI.
