Agilent 1290 Infinity II Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC)

Agilent 1290 Infinity II Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) is used for the separation and characterization of chemical and biological compounds in synthetic mixtures, natural products, foods, environmental samples, animal fluids, etc.

  • Apply to compounds with little or no UV chromophore

 

Electrochemical Detector (ECD)

  • Operation modes: DC, pulse and scan
  • Scan range:10 nA – 200 μA
