MATE 2024, Hong Kong Teams well done!
PolyU Underwater Robotic Team, International Ranking 7/29
The PolyU Underwater Robotic Team has secured the 7th place out of 29 teams at the MATE ROV 2024 International Competition. After dedicating two months to refining their robot's design, their efforts have been rewarded in this highly competitive arena.
The MATE competition, known for its rigorous challenges, "The new tasks introduced at the finals brought an extra layer of excitement and complexity to our project," said the team mentor. "It was an incredible experience to learn from other strong teams and to see our robot perform so well under pressure."
