16th International Pragmatics Conference

We are very excited to host the 16^th International Pragmatics Conference of the International Pragmatics Association (IPrA) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 9-14 June!

The special theme of the conference is: Pragmatics of the Margins.

There will be 826 papers and 39 posters to be presented at the conference. The conference aims to provide a platform for researchers and research students from around the world to discuss themes of margins and entanglements via numerous sub-topics that are relevant to the theme.

About 900 participants from 55 countries and regions will be at the campus soon. Our team of student assistants will also act as ambassadors to offer help to the participants during the conference. We look forward to welcoming all participants in 5 days' time!
