Jeanne had been invited to speak about her research at Tedx HK2019, Royal College of Art, UK, Parsons School of Design, USA, Hongik University, Korea. Her design work had been featured in international and regional media such as Harper’s Bazaar, WGSN and Xinhua News. As a design consultant, Jeanne works with companies and organizations to implement fashion, textile and creative education solutions. Some of her consultancies include LVMH Group (Celine, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Marc Jacobs), Nike, Alibaba, The Hong Kong SAR Government (EMSD) and The Hong Kong Red Cross. Dr TAN Jeanne Associate Professor Research Overview The research work of Dr Tan investigates the interface of design and technology. Her research interests include intelligent material design, design led technology innovations for social good, hybrid design processes and smart wearables.
