He obtained his MSc at Stirling University and PhD at De Montfort University. Dr. To’s teaching specialisms are fashion marketing and merchandising. Dr To’s research interests include innovation management and entrepreneurial behaviour, enterprise business model innovation, and control mechanisms for global business chain activities. Dr To was involved in several industry survey for the Governments of Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore, and delivered consultancy and training services for more than 25 international apparel companies in Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Singapore, Mauritius and China Mainland.
