Activities Organised by CLC Reading Club

The CLC Reading Club (Cangwu Literary Activity Group 蒼梧文學社) organised four interesting and creative activities between September and November 2020:

1. Cangwu’s Orientation: September 2020
   The Society recruited new members at the beginning of the academic year. An online sharing session was held on 22 September to introduce students to the Society’s mission and life. The participation was well beyond expectation. The number of applicants doubled and about 70 students joined the Society this year.
2. Cangwu’s Mailbox: Weeks 1-2 (10 September -17 September 2020)
   Letter writing is thought to be a kind of gentle conversation. Students were welcome to share their life experience in sending out and writing back.


3. Cangwu’s Arts Sharing: Week 6 (14 October-18 October 2020)
   Small groups were formed to discuss “2020” in selected literary and artistic works. Groups’ opinions were shared on social platforms.


4. To Make a New Story with Cangwu: Weeks 9-10 (5 November-15 November 2020)
   Students were invited to take turns to continue and create a story. Students’ works were shared on social platforms.
