The 27th Congregation of Faculty of Humanities
Highlights
The 27th Congregation (Faculty of Humanities) was held on 13 November 2021 at the Jockey Club Auditorium in a hybrid mode. A total number of 722 students graduated this year, including 548 students receiving postgraduate degrees and 174 students receiving bachelor’s degrees.
Faculty Dean, Prof. Li Ping, congratulated the graduates on their achievements and thanked staff members, alumni, advisors, partners and friends of the Faculty for their continued support in the opening remarks. Prof. Chan Shui Duen, Research Professor of the Department of Chinese and Bilingual Studies, gave the congratulatory address and extended her warmest blessings to the graduates.
Student Representatives Mr Chui Yin To Jeremy from the Master of Arts in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language programme and Miss Lam Wai Yan Vivian from the Bachelor of Arts(Hons) in English Studies for the Professions programme gave the valedictory speeches on behalf of the graduates.
