Workshop on Best Practices for Supervisors and Supervisees

A training workshop on research student supervision was organised by the Faculty on 22 October 2021, with over 60 staff members and research students participated in person or online. The workshop provided a platform for supervisors and students to share their views on the best practices for supervision and research study. The first part of the workshop, which focused on understanding the motivations and needs of students, was designated for faculty members in order to best manage students’ research progress. Research students were invited to join the second part of the workshop where they were given tips on studies and handling supervisor-supervisee relationship.
