She has developed new functionalised catalysts to turn H2, NH3, CO2, formic acid, and CH4 into fuels and valuable chemicals. Leveraging the expertise in surface science and the resources in synchrotron X-ray characterisation facilities, she paves the way toward a new class of heterogeneous catalysts and makes industrially important processes clean and green. Aligning world-leading academic and industrial partners, her team establishes new levels of innovation, focus and ambition to confront challenges in green catalysis and sustainable chemistry.
