Our group is interested in developing new methodologies for engineering biomolecules and live cells, creating novel biological tools to manipulate biological systems. One of our focuses is to develop new drug delivery systems that can deliver and activate the prodrug more precisely to reduce side effects. We are also working on the chemical modification of protein and cell surface, altering behaviour and function of cells and antibodies to create new therapeutics for immunotherapy.
