Prof. Wong Ka-hing, Professor of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Director of the Research Institute for Future Food and Member of the Management Committee of PolyU Academy for Interdisciplinary Research, was featured on RTHK’s TV programme “Hong Kong United”, covering his research projects on upcycling of spent coffee grounds and other food waste into sustainable 3D-printing materials.
