During my 3 years at PolyU, the University facilitated various opportunities for external learning. Whether it was online study at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and the internship at Nankai University (NKU) during the pandemic, or the exchange at North Carolina State University (NCSU) in the spring of 2022, these are undoubtedly cherished memories. Although we could not attend universities on the Mainland in person, the online exchange provided enriching courses and sent us experimental equipment so that we could thoroughly learn and master its operation. I met many students and teachers in the US who were all very friendly. A professor showed me a great deal of care and encouragement, sharing her experiences from an exchange in France and helping me to better integrate into classroom groups and campus life. These exchange experiences enriched my professional knowledge, broadened my international perspective and fostered my independence and resilience.

在理大就讀的三年，我先後參與了線上實習和交換學習，得到了豐富的學習機會和珍貴的回憶。雖然因為疫情而無法親自前往中國科學技術大學和南開大學，但線上交流的課程卻同樣豐富，對方大學更特地寄來實驗儀器，讓我們充分掌握儀器的操作。前往美國北卡羅萊納州立大學交換學習時，我認識了許多友善的老師和同學。其中一位教授對我關懷備至，還分享了自己留學法國的經驗，有助我更順利融入課堂和校園生活。這些經歷不僅豐富了我的專業知識和國際視野，也讓我變得更獨立和堅毅。
