The Campus Sustainability Committee (CSC) and the Campus Sustainability Office (CSO) will collaborate with Fair Trade Hong Kong in organizing two ‘Taste Fair Trade @PolyU’ workshops on 18 and 20 July 2017. Staff members are welcome to join and they will be able to learn about different kinds of Fair Trade products suitable for their workplace. Workshop speakers will talk about Fair Trade traders and their products features. To add more fun to the workshops, participants can take a blind taste test of two types of dried fruits.
