More reverse vending machines on campus

In addition to the existing reverse vending machine (RVM) at Podium level of Shaw Amenities Building (VA), two new machines have been recently introduced on campus by the Campus Sustainability Office (CSO). They are located on the Podium level of Lee Shau Kee Building (Block Y) and on 2/F of Block Z respectively.

These RVMs function more than promoting plastic recycling on campus. They also serve to highlight the message on responsible and clean recycling of bottles. Adding more fun to this, making use of the RVMs and support plastic recycling will mean a chance to be part of the GreenCoin community! Drop a clean plastic beverage bottle into the machine, and you will be shown a QR code on its display panel. You can then scan it via the GreenCoin app to earn Coin for gifts and e-coupons.
