What is kombucha?
Kombucha means fermented tea, a sweeten tea fermented with a fungus called SCOBY, which contains probiotics and can boost the immune system. Appetizing and thirst-quenching, kombucha is the best substitute of sugary and fattening soft drinks in humid summer.
Once you got it, you will have unlimited as you want. Let’s roll up our sleeves.
Remarks: All participants need to prepare a glass jar at around 800ml and sterilized by boil water before the class.
