Elaine Mak, Registered Nutritionist (UK), Registered Public Health Nutritionist (AUS)
Elaine Mak is a Registered Nutritionist and a lecturer of the Department of Health and Life Sciences at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Kwai Chung). She has co-authored a book on vegetarian diets titled 《素食是非》 and a series of related articles titled 「素食解碼」 to examine the facts about vegetarian diets.
