• present the GreenCoin in-app e-coupon to the cashier staff before making payment
• the e-coupon is limited to a one-time use within 30 minutes after successful redemption with the Coins. If the e-coupon expires before you have used it, the Coins will be refunded
• multiple of same type of e-coupons are not accepted per transaction
• a daily quota applies and the e-coupons are available on first-come-first-served basis
• the e-coupon can only be used by dine-in users who are not using their BYO containers and cutleries
• not applicable for prepackaged food and beverage items
• PolyU and the caterer reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute
