Only FT RPg students with Postgraduate Scholarship could apply for unpaid leave. No Postgraduate Scholarship will be provided to FT RPg students who are on unpaid leave.

RPg students should submit an application for unpaid leave to the HoD/DoS for approval via the Chief Supervisor.

The Chief Supervisor should confirm whether or not the leave period will also be considered as a Deferment of Study because this will affect the study period of the student concerned.
