RPg students failing to settle tuition/continuation fees after the payment due date, or whose payments are rejected, will be regarded as having ceased their studies.

RPg students wishing to reinstate their registration status after having ceased their studies at PolyU will have to pay a non-refundable reinstatement fee before submitting the application for reinstatement of registration, despite the outcome of the application.

Application for reinstatement of registration should be made by submission of a completed Form GSB/28 within two weeks of the date of the letter informing the RPg student that his/her study ceases and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances.
