RPg students who discontinue their studies without following the proper procedures for official withdrawal as well as those who fail to settle their tuition/continuation fees by the stipulated deadlines will be regarded as having given up their studies at PolyU. Such students will not be eligible for the refund of caution money paid and will not be considered for re-admission to the same programme in the following academic year.

RPg students who are expelled from PolyU for disciplinary reasons will not be eligible for refund of the tuition/continuation fee and caution money paid.
