Complaints of RPg students on problems encountered in the supervision and provision of research facilities shall be handled by the relevant DoRPgS, in consultation with D/SRC. The DoRPgS should consider the complaint and formulate appropriate actions to resolve the problems. The DoRPgS should then inform the student concerned and the GS of the actions taken. If the complaints are against the DoRPgS or D/SRC, they should be handled by the relevant FRC/SB. After resolving the problems, the FRC/SB should inform the student concerned and the GS of the actions taken.
