Five scholars in the Department of Health Technology and Informatics (HTI) have been recognized among the world’s top 2% most-cited scientists.
They were named based on the Stanford University’s recently released “Updated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators” (https://elsevier.digitalcommonsdata.com/datasets/btchxktzyw/7). Over 100,000 top scientists across 22 subject fields and 174 sub-fields in the world were identified in this round. They were identified by using the indicators including information on citations, individual’s scientific research output, co-authorship and a composite indicator for career-long citation impact up to the end of 2023.
This recognition highlights the Department’s commitment to research excellence and its significant impact on various thematic areas. Congratulations to our scholars for their remarkable achievement!
