Miss Tiffany Cheng is an Instructor at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She received a B.S. degree in Management Science from University of California, San Diego, and a M.B.A. degree from City University of Hong Kong. Tiffany began her career in the financial industry with the largest mortgage provider in the United States. She has worked a number of years in the hotel industry with Marriott International and The Peninsula Hotels, and gained extensive experience in Front Office and Spa Departments.

Her areas of teaching interest include Hospitality Revenue Management, Hospitality Financial Accounting and Financial Management, Front Office Management, Management of Service Organizations, Hotel Operations, and Tourism Economics.

Tiffany is a Certified Hospitality Educator, and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, international honor society for collegiate schools of business. She is a trainer for Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics.
