Every since their existence, desserts have been used to celebrate birthdays, weddings and other special occasions. “Dessert” is such an expansive category with so many different flavors, that it takes more than a dozen wines to successfully pair the basics.

There are three factors to consider: acidity, intensity and sweetness. We’ll taste our way around the world from the delicately sparkling and sweet wines.

Four delicate finger size desserts paired with wines and liquors will be shared for your sweet tooth.

Terms & Conditions: 1. Unless workshop is cancelled by the Food and Wine Academy (FWA), all payment received are non-refundable and no-shows will be charged full payment. 2. Payment must be made at least 3 days before the workshop and can only be refunded if cancellation is submitted via email at least 2 days before the workshop. 3. The FWA reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. Any disputes relating to the workshop shall be decided by FWA, whose decision shall be final and conclusive. 4. Adverse Weather Arrangement: Workshop will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or black storm warning is raised within 2 hours before the start of workshop. In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, full refund will be given.
