Outstanding Alumni 2006 Selected
Mr Wallace Li, graduate from the then Hong Kong Polytechnic's Higher Diploma in Institutional Management and Catering Studies in 1984, is the recipient of the Outstanding SHTM Alumni Award 2006. Mr Li has more than 20 years of experience in hotel, food service and club management in Hong Kong as well as in Mainland China , and is currently Manager – Racecourse Catering at the Hong Kong Jockey Club. He is very supportive of the School and has participated in numerous activities: he has performed the role of guest speaker on various occasions, was a committee member of the School's 25 th Anniversary Gala Dinner in 2004, and is currently serving as the Chairman of the SHTM Alumni Association.
