SHTM to Launch Executive Masters in Global Hospitality Leadership

In the fast-paced hospitality industry, increasing competitiveness is pushing organisations to seek ever more adaptable senior executives who can strengthen leadership strategies and boost competitive advantages. The Executive Masters (EM) in Global Hospitality Leadership is designed to meet the needs of these executives in their pursuit of global leadership in the ever evolving hospitality business.
11th APF and 2012 ICES Initiate Connecting Opportunities

The 11th Asia Pacific Forum for Graduate Students Research in Tourism (APF) and the International Convention & Expo Summit 2012 (ICES) will be held concurrently at Hotel ICON from 22 to 24 May.
Opportunities Abound at Career Day

The annual SHTM Career Day provides an opportunity for graduate and undergraduate students to gather information about potential employers in the hospitality and tourism industry. Career Day 2012 was held on 30 March in the new SHTM premises.

2012 Hong Kong PolyU Winter School®

The SHTM and Hong Kong Disneyland were the settings this year for the 2012 Hong Kong PolyU Winter School®, an Executive Development Programme in Hospitality attended by a host of senior managers. Co-organised by the SHTM and the Hong Kong Hotels Association from 6 to 18 February, the event was sponsored by the Pacific Asia Travel Association, the Institute of Hospitality and Hotel ICON.
