Details:
KMRC was invited to conduct a 2-day KM training for the participants of the EMBA program from SCUT at Heyuan, Guangdong, on 19th and 20th Dec 2009. During the two half-day training program, Prof. WB Lee and Ms. Nicole Sy introduced the concepts of Knowledge Management, Knowledge Management tools and Strategic Planning, Intellectual Capitals, and Action Science to the participants who are the representatives of the Hundred Leading Enterprise from all over Guangdong. At the end of the training, participants also discussed how to implement KM in the Chinese enterprises.
