Co-organized with Landray Software Co. Ltd., IBM, China National Institute of Standardization and CEIBS Business Review, the Forum was successfully held at Shenzhen with over 300 audience coming from big enterprises of various cities in China. Prof. WB Lee, Director of KMRC and Ms Ivy Leung, Director of Intellectual Capital and Quality of Langham Place Mongkok (Hong Kong MAKE Award Winner 2008 & 2009) are invited to share the global trend of KM and the hotel's successful KM case respectively.
