A Fruitful Sharing on International KM Practices from MAKE Winners
The Hong Kong Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Award organized by the Knowledge Management Research Centre (KMRC) has come to its fourth year. This year, alongside the award presentation ceremony, a Forum on “Learning from the Best: Benchmarking International KM Practices” was also held on 8 November 2011 at PolyU. For the first time, winners of the Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Award from Mainland China together with the Hong Kong MAKE winners shared their stories on how they cultivate and utilize the knowledge and intangibles of their staff and stakeholders for the creation of new products and services as well as how to enhance their performance through concerted effort of their employees. The event is well received with over 100 attendees. It ended with a networking session in which all participants enjoyed a wonderful time to discuss and exchange ideas with award recipients.
