Applications include how to apply social media for, among others, branding, customer service, marketing, open innovation, and personal lifelong learning. Participants will also work to develop a customised social media strategy for their own organisation. Pitfalls, hoaxes, and lessons learnt from social media campaigns will also be discussed.
