More than 200 delegates from over 25 countries and territories gathered at Shenzhen from 5 to 6 November to attend The Second Knowledge Cities Summit, jointly hosted by the Knowledge Management Research Centre of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), the Shenzhen Academy of Social Sciences and Shenzhen Graduate School of the Harbin Institute of Technology.
