The following file types are allowed as attachment: avi, bmp, doc, docx, docm, gif, jpg, mp3, one, ppt, pptx, pptm, pub, png, pdf, rtf, rpmsg, txt, tiff, tif, vsd, wmv, wma, wav, xml, xls, xlsx, xlsm, xlsb, and zip. If you want to send files(s) with file type(s) other than file types listed above, you can use a compress tool to convert it in zip format before sending. In addition, please keep the file size under 10MB as some email systems do not accept large attachment. For large file, please use OneDrive for Business or Teams for file transfer.
